Eva Grausz has a well-rounded background in the mortgage industry. She represented some of the biggest banks in San Diego, as well as Thurston County and Pierce County. Overall, she is bringing 14 years of experience helping people with their mortgage needs, problems, and challenges.
Eva grew up in Hungary in Europe and escaped the communist regime the first chance she got. Her hobbies include parachuting, and she had her own motorcycle way before they were considered a common hobby. She studied economics and finance in Budapest, and took some courses at the San Antonio College upon arriving in the United States.
Eva has a passion for helping people, bettering the quality of life for all she can. She is most proud of her children, both of whom are graduates of University of California, San Diego. Her quest for adventure brought her to the Pacific Northwest where her brother lives. She fell in love with the spirit of the local people and the gorgeous trees!
Eva takes her Mortgage Loan Officer commitment to customers very seriously. Her clients from previous banks still seek her out. As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Washington State, Eva Grausz has successfully passed both the SAFE National component test and the Washington State component test. In accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act of 2008, Eva has completed additional Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry requirements including fingerprinting, successfully passing a criminal background check, and certification with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions. Eva additionally participates in continuing education to remain current with changing legislation and lending guidelines.
